At United Sport & Cycle, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unused condition.

Ensure your items are in original packaging with tags attached; please note that customized jerseys, undergarments, and used protective gear are final sale.

Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your gear and attach the provided shipping label, or bring your items directly to our Edmonton retail location for a free in-store return.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
