Enduro 71803 (6803) ABEC-5 Angular Contact Bearing

Enduro 71803 (6803) ABEC-5 Angular Contact Bearing

ID x OD x Width: 17mm x 26mm x 5mm

- Grade 5 steel balls with ABEC 5 precision
- Made with a 15 degree contact angle

NOTE: These bearings are directional. Always install with the ORANGE/RED seal facing out, and "load" the inner race!

These Angular Contact bearings are specifically designed for hubs that have a preload feature (and certain bottom bracket applications).
In standard radial bearings, only 3 or 4 balls make contact during the load, at any given time.
But in these A/C bearings, ALL balls are engaged and spread the force over a larger surface area, which decreases friction, and minimizes wear.
